If you want to forward all attachments and be able to edit the body
of the message as you normally can when forwarding without
attachments, go to the attachment menu, tag all the message parts
you want to forward, type

to forward all the tagged parts, and when mutt asks

Forward as attachments? ([no]/yes):

type 'n'.
